The Cape Henlopen Community Readiness Team and the Summer Food Service Program will be visiting local neighborhoods this summer bringing books and meals for children from birth to 5th grade. Please visit the Bookmobile to receive free books! Each time you visit your family will be entered in a raffle. The raffle winners will win a school book bag filled with books and school supplies! Also, meals will be offered to anyone 18 years or under.

The Delaware Readiness Teams are conducting a survey in English and Spanish to give families, community members, and early learning professionals an opportunity to share their Kindergarten registration experiences. The results will help inform what supports and information the Teams and state will provide in the future to families and how we can help improve Delaware Kindergarten registration processes.
